It still really hurts and yes did turn colors. Reading all of your posts made me feel better though. Some of you gals have the funniest posts. My sweet hubby bought me two candy bars this morning to make me feel better. I must have ben really moaning yesterday as he has never done that before. :-)

amandasgramma 09-17-2011 07:43 AM

I was going to reply to your earlier post and then forgot. My SIL was in a bad car accident and the seat belt made her boob look like an Italian plum (yeah, that big, too -- hee hee hee ) She said it took a month or so to quit hurting. I feel for you!!!! ouch ouch!

0tis 09-17-2011 07:50 AM

I missed the post - my computer server has been hiccupping this last week - hope you are ok - those sensitive areas really do hurt like a booger - hope all is well and wishing you a good pain-free day.

That happened to me too! It was black and then purple then yellow and back to pink. It took several months for the bruise to fade.

valsma 09-17-2011 08:15 AM

I guess I missed that post so I'm not sure what happened, but I hope you feel better and heal soon.

lynnie 09-17-2011 09:57 AM

quiltinggirl 09-17-2011 10:10 AM

Praying that you will heal quickly and be up and around soon! Take care!!

ssgramma 09-17-2011 10:17 AM

I'll be keeping you company with the sore boob - or in my case boobies plural! Mammo scheduled for Thursday :-)

But I sure hope you aren't still sore by then!!!

Carron 09-17-2011 10:53 AM

So sorry about your "hurt'. Now is a great opportunity for you to get lots of pampering from hubby, I say take advantage of the situation, because in time you will not have any more hurts and the candy will stop coming. lol

katsewnsew 09-17-2011 10:55 AM

Hope booby feels better real soon!

katsewnsew 09-17-2011 10:55 AM

Ohhh, so sorry about your boob accident, but glad you told us about it. Would a really big bandaid help? :)

adrianlee 09-18-2011 07:15 AM

ouch! Take a while to heal. I had a biopsy done on an area right near the "nose" on one of my "girls". Had to have couple stitches. Sore!!! Understand how you feel.

anniesews 09-18-2011 07:17 AM

Had to tell someone so they would sympathise with me. Can't go around telling your neighbors and people at church about things like this. :)

craftymatt2 09-18-2011 07:30 AM

Oh no here I go again, I can't stop laughing about this, and i know how bad that feels, but I thought she was going to say her DH put the bars of candy, ooops better not say that.
Anyway I hope you feel better soon, i really do, cause i know how painful that is.

Therese 09-18-2011 08:31 AM

Were you going to say he made smores? Sooo bad!!!!

Chasing Hawk 09-18-2011 08:38 AM

Mine used to bruise especially if I slept funny. My doctor had me take a vitamin E capsule everyday and wear a sports bra to sleep in under my PJ's. No more bruising.

jaciqltznok 09-18-2011 09:03 AM

ouch...I had a boob injury..involved a weaning calf, a strapless sundress, and a life time of jokes after that...sigh..it was a horrible ordeal that left my boob BLACK for a month...

quiltmau 09-18-2011 09:08 AM

love these-ROFL-I know it hurts-my lab makes a direct hit when she comes up on the bed but you gotta laugh or you cry!
Reading these I was laughing so hard my husband wanted to know what was so funny-Changed screen fast and told him he would NOT understand. He shrugged-"a female thing huh!"

You are too funny. Thanks for sharing. This is something that if nothing has ever happened to you, you just cringe imagining it. And where else but this board can you share?

I don't even need to hear the rest of this story! Bless your heart but it is funny!
It's so important to have a sense of humor in life, you know?

Tweety2911 09-18-2011 12:56 PM

Hope your booby boo boo gets better real soon!

NatalieMacDonald 09-18-2011 01:39 PM

Oh boy I had such a good long laugh reading everybodies responses late last night that I went right to sleep! Laughter is like good medicine.

I'm glad you are getting better and that hubby brought you two candybars to make you feel better.

Sandra in Minnesota 09-18-2011 03:49 PM

Glad to hear that you are on the mend.

Olivia's Grammy 09-18-2011 05:06 PM

Chocolate makes everything feel better.

DianD 09-18-2011 05:27 PM

We've always called them "tender bits" in our house!!
Now, your "tender bit" really is tender!!! poor thing....I'm extremely well-endowed in that area (ie: tender chunks), and they are always getting pinched or smashed or bumped or bruised - I feel your pain, and am sorry for you! {{{{{{{ gentle hugs}}}}}}}

Ragann63 09-18-2011 05:30 PM

Hadn't read the original post. By the title, thought this was about someone's husband!!! LOL Hope you are feeling better soon.

SewOK 09-18-2011 09:02 PM

The most pain I've ever had in that area is when I had breast reduction surgery. Most painful surgery I've ever had done.

Rann 09-19-2011 05:49 AM

I feel for you. My dog likes to stand on mine and I want to shoot her.

BarbaraSue 09-19-2011 02:50 PM

don't schedule a mammogram for at least a couple months... if ever.

Maybe he thought a "candygram" would feel better than a mammogram. Sorry, couldn't help myself. Hope you are better.
