Too funny!! :)

Sounds like the local weekly paper in my hometown. When one of my brothers got engaged, the engagement picture ran in the paper, which printed that the wedding would be Saturday, but left off the month (several months from then). Mom got all kinds of calls wanting to know what was the rush? (Hint, hint) Was a shotgun involved? So the next week, the paper ran the pic again, but this time forgot to add any caption at all -- just a big blank space. The third week (after two weeks of irate calls from both mothers) the paper ran the pic again and finally got it right.

If we had his area code we could call and ask what he did with the pieces ??

An elder friend always told me " When you put your foot in your mouth, leave it there because the more you try to get it out, the bigger it gets. " I think this may have been one of those times. LOL

That sure is a good one. lol.

LOL! But that shows how very important grammar and punctuation are!! They are not just for English teachers, but to help us all communicate.
