You all don't know how good you have made me feel. It has not been easy to lose a few pounds but it has been worth it. I have had PM's almost as soon as I change it to the new thinner me. LOL. And lots of messages on several different threads. So just incase I missed responding to anyone here is a GREAT BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I do believe you all have given me the motivation that I had been lacking for a couple of weeks to keep going.

My daughter started last March to lose weight on Weighter Watchers. She wanted to lose 50 lbs and she has almost reached her goal. It can be done, so keep up your good work. I have not had the time to write, but I noticed your new avatar the other day and you look great!

Congratulations on your weight loss, you look great, it's not always easy to stick to a weight loss plan, but in the past I have found Weight Watchers to be very good. Now it's shopping for new clothes !!! enjoy. :)

Yes it was very noticable and you look great. If you hit a slump just go with it and you will see results again. My friend lost 78 lbs in about 10 months and she still looks great even though she put some back on. Now she only has to lose what she put back on and not the whole lot. Much easier after you lose a lot.
