taking a break from quilting made these baby washcloths for newborns in need
Great job!!!
They are so, so soft! Where do you send them?
we have a local newborns in need group in our area we meet once a month and they mainly go to the local shelters and hospitals
WOW!
I have made them before, they are so nice.
sweet
Love the colors and the variety! Newborns in Need is my favorite charity!
What a wonderful thing to do
How neat is that?
What yarn do you use for the baby washcloths? I use a cotton for dish cloths but think it would be too rough for newborns.
They look lovely!
Nice
What a great idea. We have a retired gentleman at church that knits newborn caps for NICU units at local hospitals. He says you can get alot done watching the ESPN channel..lol.
Neat idea!! Bless you for doing this!
The all-cotton yarn that I have used to make wash clothes for myself is very soft. Maybe I washed it first, but they are very soft, and love and prefer them for myself, and would be happy to make many for children if I knew where to send them. Maybe it is the yarn, because some is softer than others. (I made several baby blankets of all cotton for my DGS, and some are softer than others.)
