weighed into day - broke the 160 mark! Down to 159 lbs for a total of (drum roll please) 23.8 pounds gone!!

bringing up this thread again since I'm not in the July contest. Hooked up my Wii & have been using the bowling out of the Resort. I also just tried the Wii Fitness - that's going to work out very well for activity.

PS - I weigh in tomorrow. Good mojo thoughts are appreciated.

I just finished doing the wii. I haven't been on for a while and my weight was up a little. Trying to get where you are, about 20 to go. I have lost 60 so far and am down 4 sizes at least. Good luck and keep up the activity....

I did WW about ten years ago and lost about 25 pounds. But I couldn't continue attending and regained the weight I lost plus 27 more pounds. I have since lost about 8 pounds that I've been able to keep off. I need to lose 75-80 pounds. I appreciate the encouragement and motivation on this board.

I tried doing a walk with a co-worker. I've definitely lost the weight and picked up speed. My co-worker/friend did her best not to ask me to slow down.... (oops...)

BIG update: I officially fit (although barely) into a size 8 pair of pants!! I have [b]never[/] been a size 8 (even when I was eight...)
