HS diploma and AS from MGC Cochran GA that came so easy...and a BBA Accounting from KSU that was nine years night school in the making that was hard. Three guesses on which means the most to me and DH! OH, and a MRS that took eleven years in between ;-) I'm a slow learner!

We are some well read people here aren't we! And witty too.

I haven't found that it has helped my career much. Graduated in 2008, three months after layoff and haven't found full-time job since. (as an old boss said in a card to me when I graduated, 'why did you get a degree in the midst of a recession?'!!!) But I was glad to finally finish.

Was it Mark Twain who said 'nothing gets in the way of learning something as much as what I already KNOW'?

I have a double degree, a BS in Political Science, a BS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Traffic ( I put up traffic signals), and then added an addendum to add Food Manufacturing practices as a part of my resume. I have varied experiences and have learned a great deal about time studies involving traffic signals and placing mph on curves and banking on roads. I have learned how to take a food process and break it down to make a more efficient process, saving time is saving a dime.
