HS diploma and AS from MGC Cochran GA that came so easy...and a BBA Accounting from KSU that was nine years night school in the making that was hard. Three guesses on which means the most to me and DH! OH, and a MRS that took eleven years in between ;-) I'm a slow learner!
We are some well read people here aren't we! And witty too. I haven't found that it has helped my career much. Graduated in 2008, three months after layoff and haven't found full-time job since. (as an old boss said in a card to me when I graduated, 'why did you get a degree in the midst of a recession?'!!!) But I was glad to finally finish. Was it Mark Twain who said 'nothing gets in the way of learning something as much as what I already KNOW'? |
