What do you say when you want to say something "bad" - but want to maintain the illusion of sounding like a lady or gentleman? Or something it's okay for your kids to repeat in public?

I've heard "sugar"

Amazon's minister recommends using "peanut butter"

"dag nab it"

"forget you babe/bud" - maybe that should be changed to "forgive you babe/bud"?
