Thanks so much for all the ideas!! I love the pie crust idea and even the fudge. Now I might have to send DH out to the store. I wasn't going to risk such a dangerous expedition this close to Christmas but now I might, lol.

I have seen them used for ice cubes. too

My daughter has a similar one and used it for the cake-type gingerbread (not the cookie type). Worked very well.

look it up at wilton.com...I think it can be used for just about anything, even ice cubes, or frozen cranberry cubes for the punch bowl..BUT before I would make brownies in it, I would make sure it is meant for the oven as well!
I found you really need to keep the cardboard band that comes on these to make sure you know what they are for and how to care for them. THey are not all created equal I have found!

This was NOT meant for the oven, as I found out the hard way. I tried making mini brownies in them and my kitchen reeked with the nastiest smell. My other Wilton baking silicone is blue and this was red so I guess that should've been my first glue but I guess I thought it was festive looking. My guess is that it was meant for refrigerated purposes like fudge or candy. Oh well. I tossed it out, thankful that it was just a clearance sale item and went back to making cookies, after the kitchen cleared, lol.

I love it and hope I can find a couple of similar molds after Christmas. I would use one for jello and one for soap.

i would say it is a candy mold.
