Chicadas! Awful things.

My dogs occasionnaly get behind me and start a barking spree. Scares the snot out of me and I scream like a banchee.

Intolerant people who think their way is the only way (be it quilting, driving, politics, religion, etc) and insist on imposing their will on everyone else.

Anyone who has a green lawn in this horrible drought.

Funny All the creepy crawlies don't bother me- I grew up with 3 brothers who made it their mission to torment me. I won- they can't stand even the mention of things such as dental proceedures or describing medical proceedures- which I am fasinated by

youngest dd picked that out as the paint color when we redid her room when she was 7ish... now she's 18 & wants it changed, go figure

then she realized she has to take all the crap she's taped on the walls down & decided there isn't enough pink showing anymore to worry about it.

When I was about 4 a friend of my Mom's was babysitting me. I had something land on my forehead. I called the lady and she saw the thing and got hysterical which scared the holy ____ of me. I found out it was only a grasshopper. She scared me more than the grasshopper. My 4 year old imagination thought it was a monster.
I can't think of anything that would make me scream. No, I take that back. Being in the ocean with sharks.
