I got the same machine, kind of disappointed that he gave me a used machine, but it runs so smooth. I have no complaints about the machine and still trying to decide if I should complain about this machine being used since mine was a floor model. I know I will never buy from this dealer again.

used as in somebody elses that they took in ? yes i would complain you bought floor model at least it never left the store and they know how it was used not that it was out of store and don't know how it was used.

Frankly, I think you should also get some $ back if you got a used, but paid for new! I would crab like crazy...but that's me...

I buy used all the time, but know I am paying used prices.

The one I paid for was a floor model, the one I rec'd once they scraped the first one was a refurb from the factory. It does run very smooth.

Are you comfortable with the trade, really that's all that matters?

I like the way it sews, it is the same model I had only 200 numbers less on the serial number. He will give free labor for 2 years. Make a long answer short, I do like the machine, I don't like to be taken, in a small way I just get that feeling, I don't know why??? I wouldn't even know what I would say if I told him I wasn't satisfied because the machine sews great, very smooth, stitches very consistant.
