Cincinnati Chili can be an acquired taste. It is a bit different than "Texas-style" chili.

Tomorrow is hubby's birthday and some friends and family are coming over and I'm making pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, a fruit coleslaw, baked beans and his favorite cake, called "pig-lickin cake". And on Thursday, I'm headed out on my vacation, so no cooking for me for 3 weeks!!! Yay!
