Thanks everyone, I wanted something that I didn't think anyone else would be doing, but yet something that was cheap. I think I hit the mark on both. The reindeer food was about 15 cents a bag, and the Santa keys were 1.75 each

Oats, bird sead and edible glitter. The glitter is for cake decorating. Some people just put oats and colored sugar sprinkles.
