Some folks could not remember their password and had to change their names and re-sign in. Others are waiting. A lot of us are here poking about.

I think its because a lot of the big posters dont like the new format (I know I dont like it :( ) And, I know that while I drop in some, I dont like I used too.. and actually have decided to try another board all together. Anywho, thats just my thought...

I think that some members who like the idea of the friendly chat in the PDA did not like how the new design handles running commentary. The blog as replacement for the PDA is not an even exchange and changing the PDA to a blog is tedious at best. And NO, I do NOT mean this to be a criticism. Some members found a different place where - at least for now - the running commentary is accommodated. I think that everyone will have to evaluate WHAT part of the quilting forum is important for them.

For me, I need to find balance between the cameraderie and the quilting. I for one like to look at the quilting-related questions and see if I can add my 2 cents worth in a constructive (sometimes funny) way. It'a big quilting world out there - I think there's room for variety.

I'm still here.! I am starting to get around this new site better and better. I am sure in a few days it will be as familar as the old one.

I still can't find out how to "Bookmark" something. Also, in the old format, everyday all the posts would come up for that day, including recipes. Now everything seems to be combined, with some saying posted yesterday, and some posted today, but does not give the date. I think today the number of posts was up to 145. Does that mean they were all for yesterday and today? Can someone help me? Thanks
