Wonder how many countries are represented by our members

As I look through the posts every day I can't help but wonder just how many countries are represented by the members of the forum. Anyone know? I think it is awesome.

I looked and don't see a section for that. It would be interesting to know.

I've wondered this myself at times.

Canada here!

For some we can tell their locations ... others, have not identified!

NativeTexan ... I am thinking you are not in Texas ... with your 1000 miles from home, but not sure if that means still USA? or perhaps somewhere else?

nativetexan 05-01-2014 11:38 AM

Oh yes, i'm in the USA. Not Texas but Colorado. Way too far from home!!

the neat thing about the board is although there are menbers a world away I just met a member, whom was a joy to meet, that lives just a few miles away from me. The world just gets smaller sometimes. Bless each and every member, no matter where you are from.

I'm in a suburb of Dallas, Texas so I'd be USA although Texas often thinks of it being it's own country. LOL

Isn't technology wonderful? How else would all of us profit from inspiration and help from quilters all around the world?

Anael 05-03-2014 07:13 AM

Palmetto girl, last year I met a quilter from the board that lives about 20-25 minutes away from me. She sent me a PM about a Christmas quilt I had posted. We've become friends & have gone to some quilt shows & shop hops together. And we are thinking about joining a quilting guild. How neat is that?!
