I think I'd take the Fabric..got a nice sunny space..too many machines to start with..my DH helps in the house.. so I can take time to quilt everyday..I'm very lucky..but live on retirement..so tons of fabric sounds great !!

I agree with fabric. I just got the sewing room and the machine. I am also retired so also have the time.

I would take the time. I have many machines and a light and cheerful sewing room with lots of storage. And I know I have lots of material.
