I've been wanting to download Firefox for a long time and now the adblocker too, And now I have a great combo. Thanks all.

I'm another Firefox user from wa-a-ay back and can't imagine how people live with all the ads that IE lets through. It's funny, because every so often someone will post on this forum and make comments about the ads on the page and I always wonder what they're seeing and am very happy to be missing it. I've had no problem with pop-ups not appearing and love the ad-free surfing.

I've had Mozilla since day one, but never applied the ad-blocker until just now. What a difference! No more overflowing toilet! Thanks for the reminder.

Is it compatable with IE? We tried Mozilla Foxfire and the computer kept getting frozen. DD uses it and loves it, also has a different cable company than we do.

I have Chrome set up as I wish my experience to be and therefore don't have to worry about filling up my disc space with superfluous programs.

AdBlockerPlus is a software program that keeps a database of advertising sites and links, and successfully blocks those links from being active on your computer. Chrome and Firefox both have this software available as plug-ins, unfortunately Internet Explorer does not.

A million thanks. Have tried everything suggested to get rid of Sexy Stephanie and Allstate's overflowing toliet to no avail. It had become so bad on the QB, I was visiting here less and less. Finally, something that seems to have worked!

Thank you so very much! I'm going to use it.
