I was very lucky this year. Everything fits and is the right color etc for me.
But my DDs are going to exchange some things and can't wait till the stores open on the 26th.

What about you?

great aunt jacqui 12-25-2010 04:40 PM

DD wants a darker pair of jeans, she will return to store but will reorder from catalog cause she needs ultra tall inseam. and luggage that was delivered on a previous cancellation/not in stock. BUT I will not return any fabric, charms or quilting books that santa baby brought. LOL

joan_quilts 12-25-2010 04:49 PM

Heck no! I am going to stay far, far away from the malls and Wal-Mart! LOL Everything I got is perfect, dh sure can follow a list! LOL

Jill 12-25-2010 05:26 PM

I don't leave my house on Black Friday and/or December 26th. I can't stand the crowds.

Kooklabell 12-25-2010 05:37 PM

Heck no! I received the most wonderful gifts - no need to exchange. Besides, we're suppose to get a blizzard tomorrow morning. I'm not going anywhere - except my sewing room :)

annyroony2 12-25-2010 05:40 PM

Yeah, got a sweatshirt that I know is too big, has to be exchanged.

lalaland 12-25-2010 05:57 PM

nope, got gift cards, my favorite chocolate and a book I asked for so no returns for me!

clem55 12-25-2010 06:03 PM

Happy with everything, but hubs did get me another boxed set of my favorite perfume, Cashmere Mist. I just opened the large bottle he bought me last year, and I know this new one would probably not stay good long enough top keep it. I had told him I didn't need more, but would like the body creme. Those counter girls managed to convince him I needed this set and it was dsuch a good buy. So, it goes back, and I'll use the money for something mmore useful, likie fabric???? But that is the only thing going back, and and it sure won't be in the next week. I can't handle the malls and big crowds. And there is a good return policy, so I don't have to rush.

Chasing Hawk 12-25-2010 06:33 PM

I never return anything. I am perfectly happy with all I received today and every day.

Cyn 12-25-2010 06:37 PM

No need to :)

Moonglow 12-25-2010 06:40 PM

Happy with everything I received.

fidgety 12-25-2010 07:01 PM

Not exchanging anything!!! I love it all. My Dh pays attention to me when I say I like something and he knows my size.

Tink's Mom 12-25-2010 07:04 PM

I will be returning a super ugly sweater that is also too small from my husband. Also the boots that he bought me. I have a big problem with boots and he didn't get a wide width and they don't have a zipper. there is no way that they will go on my foot.
I won't be returning tomorrow. Wouldn't dream of going in those crowds.
I would like to return the SugarFree Chocolates that he bought me...instead I think I will make him eat them...I prefer chocolate with out all the chemicals.

Quiltforme 12-25-2010 08:51 PM

I am only going to church :) Everything from my family was a perfect match!

Kas 12-25-2010 09:00 PM

I will wait a couple of days and then I will take back the things that didn't fit the kids.

Nope, no returns for me. My kids got me a new digital camera that I have to learn to use. They also gave me a great picture of all my Gkids together. One son and DIL gave me a gift card to Joann's. Gsons gave me two Sunoco gas gift cards. Someone got the idea I needed a calendar, so I got 2, one exactly like the one I bought myself. Now I have 5 calendars. I should be able to keep track of the day no matter what room I am in; even the bathroom

Connie in CO 12-25-2010 09:18 PM

Nope,not me.

nursie76 12-25-2010 09:21 PM

Well, maybe, DH got me an E-Reader which I am very pleased with, but when I was showing him how it worked tonight, he decided that it was hard to read in low light as it didn't have a backlight, so he researched online and if we can exchange it he will upgrade it to one that has a back light, is color and WiFi enabled. Can't say it wouldn't be nice, but I was really pleased with the one he got. He is so sweet, always wants what will make things the easiest for me. Love him to pieces! He is such a great Santa!

patricej 12-26-2010 05:19 AM

i got a lot of great stuff for christmas.

my son is healthy and well able to take care of himself.
he was - much to my surprise - not working until the night shift (he's an on-call EMT) so i got to make dinner for him. (also got a big hug. :-) )
i'm gainfully employed.
my house made it another year without falling down around my ears.
my car is in good shape.
i received a great many greetings and good wishes from friends and family.

... the list goes on and on for pages.

nope. i do not want to exchange any of it. :-) :-) :-)

alleyoop1 12-26-2010 07:13 AM

Nothing to exchange or return - but even if there was, I can't get out with all this snow! We are enjoying this unusual event here in south-east VA.

CarrieAnne 12-26-2010 07:50 AM

Not me! Trying to stay out of the stores!

Sewze 12-26-2010 10:23 AM

Heck no; can't stand shopping if it's not a fabric store. Didn't get any fabric, so there's no reason to get out of my jammies until I have to take care of the horses this afternoon. Watching football while on the QB.

Pam B 12-26-2010 02:48 PM

We went after church today to do some exchanging. I exchanged my WiFi Nook for the 3G+WiFi one...it is charging right now and I am anxious to download some books later this evening. We also made a stop at Kohls to exchange a pair of slacks I bought DH...I picked up the wrong size. And, we made another stop at American Eagle to exchange jeans for our DD...again, my fault...I picked up 00 instead of just 0. (I cannot imagine that I was ever a size 0! LOL) We did not do any returns...just exchanging for the correct sizes. Surprisingly, the stores were not too crowded.

maryb119 12-26-2010 03:00 PM

I gave my son the receipt to exchange a video game but that is all.

Annz 12-26-2010 07:11 PM

I will exchange some gifts bought for one son.

penski 12-26-2010 08:42 PM

Gramof6 12-26-2010 09:06 PM

Nope! And I would not do it real soon if I were. LOL I am through with Stores for awhile. LOL

quiltgrammyt2 12-26-2010 09:10 PM

I have to return a gift that we bought for someone then bought them another one DUH,sometimes I forget to think.LOL. Oh well it will be okay.

puck116 12-28-2010 07:42 AM

We already exchanged DH football shirt for XL. Need to go to Brookstone's, for a special battery pack that didn't come with another gift. DH was soo listening when I said, outloud to myself, that I needed new wine glasses as the ones I have are dingy (34 yrs old). The only thing is (he's a beer drinker) he gave me red wine glasses and I needed white wine glasses. I laughed, we'll just exchange them. I have newer red wine glasses. Let me tell you about the time I asked him to pick me up a bottle of red wine. He calls from the store and asks, "Does it always cost $75?" I told him he was in the expensive section and directed he to the cheaper wine. I tell friends I should have said "yes".
