When I go to the Recent Topics page I am getting a banner ad (like a pop-up). It has never been there before today.
Am I the only one getting it? I am getting when I use Aol and Internet Explorer as well.

The banner ads appear on the top and bottom of the pages throughout the board :D They are what pays to keep the board up and running :wink:

I like the ads! It's fun to see how fast the advertisers can match up with the threads.

If you see an actual popup (opens up another window), then you should check your computer for adware. There aren't any popups on the board.

I have always gotten the banner ads and sometimes if you notice, it may even be even reference like if we have been talking about keepsake quilting, keepsake may show up. Once when we were talking insurance, it was an insurance company.

Yes, the banners are supposed to be there. But if you see actual popups, then something isn't right.
