Apples and peanut butter, love carrots and cheese. Gave up chocolate for Lent and haven't even missed it.

I have a lapband and am diabetic, so I snack most of the day and not really eat a meal..
I eat baby carrots lightly steamed, apple sauce, yogurt, sugar free pudding, olives, avacodo, rice crackers, and cheese..and some nuts, but not often! I do make "fluff" once in a while but not too often..lost my taste for it.. FLUFF tub of sugar free or fat free cool whip small box of sugar free pudding, I love the lemon or banana for this and 160z of small curd cottage cheese... whip it all together! FLUFF.... |
