I live in Fayetteville/Ft Bragg area.

I LOVE "Mary Jo's"!!! But you have to know what projects you are doing to go there. There is so much to look at that I just get overwhelmed. And they have a TON of BATIKS, which is my FAV!!

We may have. Gus played 2 years as a Squirt with the Hillsborough Sharks. This year he is playing PeeWee on the Sharks travel squad and is a developmental player with the East Coast Eagles.

I've got a project that I'm hand piecing so that I can do something at the rink. I also carry cross stitch along to the rinks. The only good thing about a 6:45 a.m. game is that we are done with hockey for the day by mid-morning. Though sometimes I think that is better than schlepping over to Wake Forest for a 1:00 p.m. game as that pretty much shoots our day.

Cheers, K

Oh my yes. The first time I went to MaryJo's I think I bought a fat quarter. It was totally overwhelming. When I went with Ruth several months ago, both of us did some serious shopping.

I'm thinking about taking the bus from Thimble Pleasures on Friday, as that is the only way I'd be able to get to Loving Stitches on the "dash."

Cheers, K
