I live in Mooresville, NC - about 30 miles up the road from Charlotte. Not a native (born in York, PA but lived most of my life till 2003 in Phienix, AZ) but love it here. Beats the desert any day of the week!!

I was born & raised in Asheville but left NC for college and never moved back, lived in Texas for 22 years now. Asheville is gorgeous, great place to grow up.

In it's last years the quilting and dressmaking fabrics were a shadow of what they had once been and upholstery fabric was featured. |
