Mandevilla. I have grown them here in Michigan but have to take them in during the winter.

Definitely Mandevilla. I have them every year here and also winter them over inside. I live in Maine.

I would agree with that. That plant grows year round in CA.

Mandevilla. It also comes in a darker red-pink and a white. Very similar is an Alamanda, which is yellow but not so easy to come by. If you are careful with the location in your home, you can winter them over inside and have them bloom the next spring. I love them!

mandevilla. this will come back next year with some TLC and gets bigger each year, more and more blooms, they also come in the most beautiful red (a little less hardy). I have clients that leave them out all winter and really cover with mulch but I will not try that ,because of the price of these plants in my area.

Its not a bouganvillia but looks more like the trumpet plant to me
