My eldest daughter, in her forties, was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer on Dec 23rd last year...the worst present ever... She has had a year of operations,chemo and radiotherapy, and while treatment continues it looks positive.. I wish a positive outcome for your brother, it isn't easy but hang in there and enjoy Christmas as much as possible. my thoughts are with you.
