Mine is my maiden name. I do genealogy and it helps keep the name out there "just in case". Plus that was what everyone called me in school.

in honor of my lil girl who sadly passed away in 2005 in the age of 16 her name was Samantha and she was born in 1989

My oldest daughter was named Sylvia. She passed away at age 19. When she was a teen, a song named Sylvia's Mother was popular. Also I was known in the neighborhood as Mike's, Sylvia's or Margret's mom.

Mine is quiltmau-mau is Chinese for cat. Manfan Mau was my soul mate-his name meant troublesome cat in Cantonese. We found him on the street in Hong Kong when we lived there. He is the red cat in my av. I just lost him after 16 years. I also use coffee cat-as I am addicted to coffee and love cats. I have 4 other cats I picked up on my travel overseas.

Guess mine is pretty obvious - I have 3 wonderful great-great grand children, so that makes me a very proud Great-great grandma :lol: :lol:

My name on a game site is lvs2snorkel, which I do love to do in Hawaii....snorkel. My friends started calling me snorky, a shortened version of snorkel. And I absolutely love to quilt so my name here is Snorky Lvs2Quilt.....a combination of both my loves.

Mine is so boring! DH was a naval officer for 23 years, and I've been his wife for 55, nearly 56 years. Really creative!

I have been traveling and working too much around the house. Decided my quilting had to come in somewhere around # 3 or #4 on my list in the future. So when they asked for a name, I came up with Wanabee Quiltin. And I think it worked as I have been quilting more.
