What causes the viedos to hesitate and is there a way to prevent it? Hate to sit thur one when this happens.

A slow internet connection.

You can pause them and go back later when it is loaded and watch without interruptions.

This happens on my computer also. My son told me to let it start then pause it. There will be a gray line going to the right. When it gets to the far right it is fully loaded. This does work but takes patience which I am short on. Good luck. Cheryl
