My little corner of the state is known for its peaches. We just had a peach festival this past week-end. Sad to say I hardly ever eat them. Peach shortcake sounds good. Enjoy.

We should have stopped at a fruit stand while we were on our way home from the Valley last week. All we wanted to do was get home after the accident the previous evening.
