So wanted to share with everyone! The band he's in placed second in the battle of the bands in Tennessee. They have a country song on their new album and my dad said if it does well it might make it to #1. Thanks for letting me share this with all of you, I am just really proud of them!

I will check them out!! My grandson has a band also. They are a blend of country, rock and the 80s. My grandson is their singer and is now learning guitar. They play here it in MS and I think they are going to a Battle of the Bands soon...not sure where yet but will probably be here in Jackson.

Good luck to your cousin! I like the bluegrass music, too.

Edit to add: My grandson (who is just 22) lost his mother in November. He wrote a song about her...it made me cry as he never really had a mother/son relationship. My son had custody of him since he was 18 months old.
