Quality

Everything has "quality"

So when I see something described as "quality goods" - it could be good, bad, or indifferent.

And the ad would be truthful - even if it was the sleaziest, shoddiest thing on the planet.

Because it did have "quality"

Why do we assume that the word "good" is in front of the word "quality"?

same with criticism - can mean either good or bad, but people assume it is bad.

That is certainly a quality question. I think it is because we are all too keen to feel that we can make good decisions and still grab a bargain. :lol:
