We have a new Hobby Lobby store opening next Monday in Winchester. I had never heard of them until this board. Are they like Michael's except they have fabric? Won"t be able to get into town this week to see for myself what they have. Thanks for any information.

Enjoy this store, the often have a 40% off coupon, this is when I purchase a 30 yard bolt of batting.

Hobby Lobby is a huge crafts store. They are like Michaels with larger quantities and more variety, plus the added bonus of fabrics! If you like Michaels you'll LOVE Hobby Lobby.

Hobby Lobby is great. They do have a fabric section, not as much and not as many thread selections as I would like.

The best thing is that they always have a coupon of some sort. Every now and then it is 40% off one non-sale item.

This is way better than Hancock Fabrics 40% coupons as an example. Hancock's coupons are only good on certain things...which is usually not what I am looking for. HL coupon is good on any one thing that is not on sale.

My Hob-Lob will only let me buy 10 yards of batting at 40% off!

Hobby Lobby is a craft store, fabric store, home decor store all rolled into one. Is there anything they don't sell? You'll love it!

Thanks so much for the information. Now I can't wait to get there. Sounds like I should be prepared to spend a lot of time when I go!

Exactly what I was going to say. I really appreciate that they are closed on Sunday, but it still trips me up sometimes.
