All these ideas are terrific! Maybe a tote bag that she can carry around (I remember having a small purse or tote when I was a little girl) and the chalkboard rollup sound like winners! My LQS is having a sale this weekend so I can pick some up there.

Score 10 for all you helpful sewists! 😃💥

When my DD had their fourth birthdays I made them a 3 ft rag doll, with elastic loops on the hands and feet, to dance with, and a (back then) cassette of dance music. Worked great after dinner, before bed, to wear them out enough for sleep.

A tutu and a ribbon wound to dance with.

My grand daughter was really pleased with sleeping bags for her Barbies. A bag with a Barbie tucked in makes a good gift for a 4yo

A purse, with a soft doll tucked inside, a travel set of checkers or roll-up chalk board, quilts for her dolls, felt fruits and veggies, a "quiet" book from felt, an apron with pockets, etc.
With your help, She will find fun things to make, and have learning time with you too!

Perhaps a quirky draw string bag to keep things in?
