What an awesome jacket. It's beautiful. Thank you for sharing the name of the designer as I have been looking for a pattern similar to that one. Did the pattern sizes run larger than regular pattern sizes? Like would a large really be a large or was it more like an extra large?

I looked up Ami Simms' jacket pattern on line and looking at the photos, it appears that she may have more than one style of jacket patterns. Is the name of the pattern you use her Rag Fur Jacket?

It has been so long since I have bought any clothes, and my weight varies with whatever diet I'm on at the moment. I don't even know what my own size is. I guessed which size to make by measuring my hips. I'm sure it didn't help that from the time I started the jacket to when it was finished, I had lost ten pounds.
