the plastic container from parmasean cheese works well to store those old blades, or take a liter bottle and cut a slit in the side so you can slip a spent rotary blade in.

I've heard horror stories about people having someone sharpen their Gingher scissors, too. I've never had to have any of mine sharpened and I've owned the shears for 20+ years.

well everyone, thanks so much for your responses, don't know unless we ask. anyway, about rotors, thought I could do them like scissors. so I guess it's better to just throw them away. and as for sharpening the scissors, well I do have the cheap kind. so its best to get the high-quality ones, well in anything that is what we should do. and as for Joannes, I will have to check that out and the one close to me. again thanks for the info.
