I have a tool belt that I purchased made of cotton batik from a scrub store. it is flimsy, and doesn't hold in the adjusting rings well. I have plenty of fabric, and want to make one that is sturdier using cottons, what do you recommend, is decor bond a good choice, or should I just use a heavyweight interfacing.
