Hmm, should I be thankful or offended? Today at the local Casino I got $10 off our total lunch bill at the buffet as the senior discount.
I just had my hair "brighten" up too. I guess my hairdresser kept it natural. I won't be 55 until August.

With age comes wisdom and discounts! Take it as a sign of respect and a compliment! :)

My dark hair turned to the "salt and pepper" look when I was still in my 30's ...I got used to senior discount offers! BTW- if you look closely, there is still a hint of "pepper" but its just mostly white now!

My husband started being offered the senior discount about a year before me (we're both 55). This was probably 4 or 5 years ago. I laughed at him till they offered me one. It's a sobering experience the first time it happens. But it's also money in your pocket so it's all good.
