The colors all blend
Until they are together
What was I thinking

I just got on this this morning
I'm reading this stuff as a warning
I'm taking great care
because this is rare
to see such good people who care

Here are 4 more attempts at Haiku:

The blocks are all pieced
The bright colors are awesome
It shall be finished.

Make it for yourself
You deserve it every day
Quilts to fill your heart.

Cut, piece, sew, oh no
The directions are muddy
Quilt still unfinished.

When does a flimsy
Become a much loved project
From the very first stitches.

Was never really into poetry, but hey, I am trying.

Could not help myself
Surprise package on the porch
Time to explain this!

This is what it is like when I order fabric online, and my husband sees the box before I do! Don't worry - he orders toy cars online and also gets "surprise" packages left on the porch.

The house is so quiet
I spend hours at my machine.
Oh, My aching back

Working at the job
Daydreaming about the quilt
Clock's hands not moving.
