There is finally light at the end of the tunnel after all the back and forth about buying a retirement home! I wish I could move there now but it would be way too far for me to commute to work. One more reason to look forward to retirement... a bedroom downstairs with hardwood floors for a sewing room!

First thing to do..change ALL the locks, and have a security firm that you trust come in and advise you on what to do that won't cost an arm and a leg. Then have another one from further away if you know any and have him give you ideas. This was suggested to one of my family by another family member who was a cop.
But change ALL the locks between each renter, always.
