Anyone who has the Verizon unlimited plan is grandfathered in.

And we don't pay anything for our phones, my DH is a programmer and developer for Android.

I have an iPhone 4 with ATT and really have had no problems with it. Very few dropped calls - one of my sons calls me on the way to work, and he dips into a no cell area, and our calls drop, that's pretty much it except for an odd one here and there. I love everything about my phone. I was grandfathered into unlimited data with ATT.

Tell him thank you. LOL Not only do I love my phone, but I'm a software QA manager for a company with some products that have mobile / native apps. It's how I knew to go with an Android instead of iPhone or some kind of Blackberry. Love it!

I don't want a phone that is smarter than I am. It is bad enough that I have a computer that is smarter than me.

I have the apple I phone 3GS. she's old now. I love her but my college student son needs a phone and internet so I'll be giving him mine. The phone can make a "hot spot" for his internet use for his laptop. this way is cheeper than the usb's that they sell. I have at&t for my service. Went in last Friday to take a look see and the gentleman behind the counter said wait till July 17th as they have 9 new phones coming out. Looked on the website saw a few i'm interested in but also noticed that at&t is now trying to compete with best buy's insurance for the phones. YEAH!!!!!. So I'm getting a new phone. ONLY DRAWBACK TO IPHONE IS that Jobs won't allow adobe flash player. so reg computer for that.

My husband and I both have this phone and love it. We use all the features on it...love being able to surf the net, email and etc..just like when we are home..but not..

DROIDX with Verizon. Love it. I have service when others do not. I am able to keep up with my e-mail wherever I am. Plan is much cheaper than getting internet service and I can use it almost everywhere,

Interesting to see the different opinions. I don't have a smart phone, but went the ipod touch route...I have everything but the phone via wi-fi which is available almost everywhere nowdays...and no carrier charges for a phone.

I have a cheap pre-paid phone for calls since I don't actually use a phone much. Just a different way to go..

I have Sprint and my phone is the LG Optimus S and I love it! It is just the best! AND, it usually dangles from my belt loop on a caribiner clip in the cool quilted case I made for it!
