This is the snow we have received in the last 48 hours. It is over 14 inches deep on the hood of this old truck. Enjoy the pics

Awesome! I miss those massive snows!
Okay - for those up north they are rarely a welcome but I always loved getting them when we did :)

I used to love the snow, but driving in this is really difficult. We live on the top of a ridge above the town. Getting to work can be an experience! It means a lot of shovelling and hopefully the 66 Cat will be available from the neighbour's shop to do the hill otherwise I won't be going to work on Sunday. Hmm... not a bad idea.

I'm jealous! We got cheated out of our expected snow storm last weekend, only a little snow and some ice :thumbdown: A foot would be nice, might get an extra quilting day that way.

That is lovely. And isn't it marvelous that God figured out something like the Crab Apples for the birds at this time of year?
I'll bet they will find the Apples very soon and enjoy a little feast on their way somewhere else.
