The attachment is a PowerPoint presentation about a fallen Marine who was Native American. Look at some of the beautiful quilts in some of the pictures.

Very moving. Especially since I have a stepson in the Marines. He just got home from Afghanistan.

A friend sent this to me as an attachment. Thanks for posting the youtube link. I also cried. Having some Cherokee blood running in my blood, as well as having friends in different branches of the military, makes this even more moving.

I have watched this before and it is a solemn and startling reminder how much is given and taken and lost in the wars. Such a honorable ceremony for a hero.

I was very moved by this funeral and tribute.
God, continue to be with our precious young men.
