So this new puppy found my house, i think he is about 4-5 months old and the previous owner said he is part shih tzu and part pit bull. I am calling him Sam. Poor guy is so ugly he is cute! He is such a little sweety though!

Wow! you hope the Shiz zhu was the male! Is his hair coarse? he looks like he might have some terrier in him.

The hair around his face is a little coarse but the rest of him is soft and cuddly. He is a real sweety for sure. I see a lot of pit bull features in him and he is real stocky and big boned. he is small so far but he is real heavy bugger! He has the funniest little ears.. kinda reminds me of shrek with the big head and little ears that stick out!

Take this from a 18+yr rescurer - there are no ugly dogs. And believe me I have seen ugly. Especially in a rescue, you only see what is truly in their hearts. Rescues always seem to know what you saved them from and repay it to you daily. Just ask me - I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and they are ALL rescues. Much more loving and open than my mom and brother's cats from breeders. I don't know how, but they just know and appreciate every little, everyday thing that you do for them.
