Cold spells like this make me appreciate the nice weather we also get. I love living where we get true four seasons. As Garrison Kellor said,"MN is where mother nature does her best to kill you!"
Stay warm under you quilts

Blessings on you guys - stay warm! We are expecting a cold front through here tonight - but it won't be anything like what you guys are experiencing.... may be in the 20s - 30s all day tomorrow with a north wind. That is pretty cold for me, so I will probably stay in.

haha Just talking about warmer weather helps. It's supposed to rain and freeze tomorrow where I live. I hope it misses us! I don't like the cold.

It's 3 degrees F in Western Massachusetts at 3 am Thursday morning with a wind chill of -25 degrees F. Wouldn't I love to have a wood stove! I did spend the evening sewing in my basement sewing room, after having heated it for several hours with an oil-filled electric heater first and wearing two layers of clothing. I did finish a quilt, though! Yeah.

Wool, wool, wool... try to find any clothing you can that's wool. Hope you have wool socks because they make a big difference.
