My DD lived in eastern Pa. for a few years. I never saw one on my visits but she said they were around her house.

Scary! I've read stories of people working in their gardens who looked up and found themselves face to face with a bear....that's why quilting is sew much safer a hobby!!

Yikes!!
I just read about the first fatal grizzly attack in Yellowstone since 1986, a 57 yo man hiking with his wife who was spared. And then read this post..............

I don't believe in coincidences. :?

Walking is safe :) They really don't care about us as long as we aren't a threat to the cubs.

We had a momma and her 3 cubs in the yard one night when we pulled in the driveway, they all ran up the tree.

One night my son heard noise on the deck, thought a friend was here....uh no! it was the bear :)
