Someone posted on here late in Nov. about crocheting scarves for Special Olympics. So since I like to do that too, I figured I could do a few. So I did a Bakers Dozen. After quilting during the day and this board. I would get ready for bed, watch a little tv and crochet. Hopefully they will email me next year so I can do it again. The colors were picked by Red Heart Yarn, and this is 2011's colors. Each one I made is just a little different then I one I did before it. Just like each of these young adults are all different and special. Thank you for whom ever put in that post. These young adults have a special place in my heart. I used to work with them when I was younger, and it was the best job I've ever had.

Those are beautiful. Wish I had known about it. I love to crochet and would have made a couple. Hopefully I'll find out next year.

They were fun and easy and for a special cause, so I was happy to do it.
