Are all of you award of the new law applying to drivers coming upon an law inforcement agent stopping a car on the side of the road? It is in effect in all states but DC and Hawaii. You must slow down and move to the left lane or slow down to
20 mph if you have to stay in the right land. A friend's son moved to the left lane but did not slow down and the trooper pulled him over and gave him a ticket ($200) and he could loose points. Also in Maryland you cannot talk on the cell phone while driving.
