Ever have a dream and you yelled out in your sleep????

Well, I did last night!

I was dreaming that I was being physically attacked and no one was paying attention to my cries for help. Then I remembered reading that people don't want to get involved when they hear "HELP", but come running when they hear, "FIRE". So in my dream, and in my bed, I started yelling, "FI-URE, FI-URE"! DH woke up and said, "What are you yelling about"? Through slurred words I said, "FIRE"!!! He said, and I quote, "Go back to sleep" and he turned over!!!!!

Hahahahahaha. Never even bothered to check to see if in fact there was a FIRE!!!!!!!

I don't think I've ever yelled out in my sleep, but I've been told I got into a very heated argument about bananas, and I had absolutely no memory of it!

I do sometimes, but DH gets back at me. He will wake me up out of a sound sleep by asking me some question, and he is still asleep. The one I remember is , "Are these covers ours?"

I have a couple of times and it is quite scary and hard to settle back down to sleep...never did figure out what I was yelling/screaming out about or why.

I have - weird feeling. Since starting on CPAP therapy I haven't had this happen anymore - with my mask on, even if I did call out hubby wouldn't hear me!
