Finally a use for all those coolers that have a broken lid! Cheap too.

My husband is a Master Gardener, we have a small park in our yard, he will certainly want to try this. Thanks for the info.

lol, i came up one short on pots for planting some cabbage...until, hubby came home from fishing with a styrofoam cooler....poked two holes on the bottom and planted the cabbage plant and it is doing quite well so far. i used the styrofoam cooler top as well-placed it under a large pot of strawberry plants.
