well i went to a couple of thrift stores this weekend... lots of sewing machines, but i did not get any... i did get a folding cardboard pattern work area for 95 cents.. it was new so i took that !! at the other thift store was fill your basket with all the clothes that will fit and pay $6... so i folded and rolled and i got a ton of dresses and shirts... liz, coldwater creet, denim and co, quaker and co, talbots... the two dresses that wanted was coldcreek water and they were 89 $ dresses! so i must say, i did good....

Love it! I took the folding cardboard work piece and duct taped flannel to it and made my own design wal!
