Isn't it funny how our minds work sometimes...I was jsut working on some of the "snap totes" I am making for gifts and thought of some fabrics I tried to sell here on the boards....kids prints I didn't want to make quilts with and thought ...Gee they'd make great Mommy totes...most mommies need to tote things around when they have little ones and these would make great gifts too...will send pics as soon as I am done :)

Thanks..often you want to give someone a little gift but not buy some big thing..this will be ideal to have on hand I think I have enough for 4 or 6 of them..

That's a great idea. I did the same thing years ago with left over fabric. My Mom needed a tote for her library books so i quilted her one and the next thing i knew i was making them for everyone in the family. It was a great labor of love and a way to use the leftovers.
