Default A few Christmas Ornaments I've been working on

Hi,

Last Christmas I decided that this coming Christmas I want to set up a 4’ tree in my sewing studio decorated with ornaments I make throughout the year, with a craft theme. I decided I will make a different ornament each month and go from there…here are a few I’ve made this month. They are sew fun!!! I purchased the fabric ornament pattern from the Ornament Lady and tweaked it just a bit. The other ornaments I saw on Pinterest and pulled out my yoyo’s and started pinning. I still need to put bows and holders on them but want to make a bunch and then go pick out my ribbons at 1 time. These things are addictive!!!

Super idea to do an ornament a month. I too would like a tree in my sewing room. Have fun with your project and post a picture when you have your ornamnets on the tree.)

An OOM group would be a great idea- Ornament of the Month. Has anyone ever done anything like that?

Very pretty. That is a great idea. Now at Christmas when you set up your tree, it will truly be a labor of love. And you will have the memories of finding and creating your ornaments. What a great idea.

I've made your first ornament for myself and others. I watched a You Tube video. I even made them in different holiday colors. (Valentine's Day, Easter, St Patrick's Day etc.) I am going to put them in a pretty glass bowl in my sewing room. (Just as soon as I Find the right bowl.)

I think an OOM club would be super! How do we start that?

That folding star is so adorable. I just don't have the confidence to try and make one.
