Many thanks for all your responses to the flood information. I am including a link to the latest update. A man was clinging to a tree that got hit by a van whilst rescuers were trying to get to him. Miraculously, he managed to hang on - although very shaken, as this video will show. The flood is supposed to peak tomorrow morning at 6a.m. It has been reported that 75% of the state is under water and power will be cut off for safety reasons. Hope I am not distressing people too much, just want to inform .

We have dear ones in Ukraine, Poland and Germany, which are also having severe flooding. We nervously await words.

The news was talking about the floods. It's so scary just watching it. Please be safe.

I just heard about the tsunami like flash floods that hit. My heart and prayers go out to all.
